Kidiverse Case Study

Kidiverse · Brand · Casestudy

An indoor playground, gym classes, and birthday parties for kids, rebuilt as one brand on a single booking and payments platform.

Live site we built: ourkidiverse.com
YEAR: 2026
INDUSTRY: KIDS & FAMILY
CLIENT: KIDIVERSE, FL.
DIRECTIONS: TWO

One Universe, Explored Two Ways For Ages 0 To 12 And The Grown-Ups Who Bring Them

Kidiverse is an indoor playground, gym-class studio, and birthday-party destination. The room already sells itself. The website didn't. It had to feel as alive as the space, work for a parent booking on a phone, and hold together across drop-ins, class sign-ups, and party enquiries.

Rather than guess at a single look, we developed two complete visual directions from one strategy, so the Kidiverse team could feel the difference before committing.

  • The Challenge

Speak to two audiences at once. Kids need warmth, character, and a place they beg to return to. Parents need clarity, trust, and a booking flow that gets out of the way. The brand had to do both without shouting.

  • Direction 01: Playful & Characterful

Warm, illustrated, and soft: gradient blob characters with wandering eyes, a refined serif for headlines, and a lavender-orange-aqua palette. It feels like a place kids dream about.

  • Direction 02: Bold & Editorial

Confident and typographic: big display type, high-contrast colour blocks in bright yellow, lime, aqua and orange, and crisp outlined controls. It feels like a brand that takes kids seriously.

  • The Shared Core

Both directions run on the same foundations: the same photography of real play, the same navigation of Indoor Playground, Jungle Gym, Sensory Classes and Birthday Parties, and the same booking-first structure.

That's the point of the exploration: one strategy, two expressions, a single decision left to make.

Light weight leads. It is used for the moments that carry the brand: headlines, section names, and hero messaging, keeping everything refined and considered without looking heavy or loud.

Four families, pale to dark.

Yellow leads. Lime, aqua, and orange extend it, each with a pale ground and a dark ink, built for high-contrast blocks and legible type.

Every route to the room reads at a glance, from anywhere on the site: drop-in play, classes, or a party booking.

One brand, two expressions. The same real play underneath.

Both directions are built on the same photography, the same four experiences, and the same booking-first structure. Only the personality changes.

Two directions, one universe. Whichever Kidiverse chooses, the site is built to make a parent's next visit effortless and a kid's next visit inevitable.

Where we landed

The playful route wins on warmth and repeat visits; the editorial route wins on authority and range. We handed Kidiverse a decision, not a debate. Both fully designed, both booking-first, both unmistakably theirs.
